General classes

::Gentle Yoga::             Stretch out the body gently, moving slowly and taking time and care throughout the class. A class aimed at recharging the body and mind. Ideal for beginners and pregnancy safe.

 

::Purna Yoga::               Alignment focused Yoga suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. The sequence follows a formula that aims to stretch out the back, move the joints and strengthen supporting muscles. Can be modified for managing injuries and limitations. Suitable for beginners or pregnancy.

 

::YinYang Yoga::      Yin poses are held to give a deep stretch and improve flexibility and release tightness. Yang Yoga follows a flowing pace to allow for the heat to build in the body, this form of Yoga incorporates the more Yang or dynamic principles of Yoga to build cardio strength as well as physical strength. This class is a combination of the two, in perfect balance.

 

 

Specialised classes

::Frontline Yoga::         FREE specialised class for those in Frontline industries such as Police, Paramedics, Firefighters and Defence as well as their supporters. Members of the public are welcome by donation.

 

:: Yoga Babes::          A specialised post-natal class to rebuild the post-birth body. Mamas are welcome to come after their 6 week post-natal check. Dads welcome too!

 

::Kids Yoga::               Classes full of adventure and fun for ages 5-10. Taught by a registered Children’s Yoga teachers. We now accept Active Kids Vouchers. $100 towards the cost of Yoga! Supplied by the NSW Government.

 

::Teens Yoga::           With the unique stresses and pressure that this phase of life brings, Yoga can offer tools to help. We start class with relaxation and even a short guided imagery; teens undergo a lot of stress in their day to day lives, so we always kick off with a moment to quiet down and be present.
