Raw Chocolate Smoothie

This recipe has become a favourite in our house! Its pretty flexible and forgiving if you get creative with the ingredients.

 

  • 2 small/ 1 Large banana frozen

  • 1 handful of nuts or 1/2 avo (or peanut butter - Yum!!)

  •  sprinkle chia seeds or hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

  • sweetner to taste

  • 1 cup of nut milk or milk of choice

Throw all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.

Left overs can be frozen in an ice cube tray for a treat on a hot day.
