This recipe has become a favourite in our house! Its pretty flexible and forgiving if you get creative with the ingredients.
2 small/ 1 Large banana frozen
1 handful of nuts or 1/2 avo (or peanut butter - Yum!!)
sprinkle chia seeds or hemp seeds
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
sweetner to taste
1 cup of nut milk or milk of choice
Throw all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.
Left overs can be frozen in an ice cube tray for a treat on a hot day.
